1. General Terms

1.1 These terms and conditions govern the use of the Massage and Mobility training services provided by FixMePlease.com.
1.2 By using the service, the client accepts these terms and conditions.
1.3 Massage treatments are available only for healthy adults. If the client has any health issues, they must inform the Massage Therapist or Trainer in advance.

2. Booking and Cancellation

2.1 Bookings can be made via Phone/SMS/WhatsApp or Email through the contact details listed on the FixMePlease.com website.
2.2 The cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation at least 24 hours before the appointment: free of charge.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment: 50% of the service fee will be charged.
  • Cancellation within 2 hours of the appointment or no-show: 100% of the service fee will be charged.
  • In case of emergency or illness, the client must notify the therapist at the earliest possible opportunity, and the fees will be waived.

3. Client Obligations

3.1 The client must inform the therapist of any health issues, allergies, injuries, or surgeries before the treatment.
3.2 The client must adhere to the prescribed hygiene requirements, including arriving clean for the treatment.
3.3 The client must behave appropriately before and during the treatment, respecting the therapist’s instructions and the treatment rules.

4. Therapist Obligations

4.1 The therapist must provide the service professionally and to the highest standard, taking into account the client’s individual needs and condition.
4.2 The therapist must adhere to the ethical standards of the profession and applicable laws.
4.3 The therapist must treat the health information shared by the client confidentially and not disclose it to third parties.

5. Liability

5.1 Massage treatments are recommended only for healthy individuals. The client uses the service at their own risk and agrees that the information they share is accurate and truthful.
5.2 FixMePlease.com and its owner are not responsible for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information, or for any damage resulting from undisclosed health issues by the client.
5.3 In case of any injury, pain, or health deterioration during the massage, the client must immediately inform the therapist.

6. Complaint Handling

6.1 The client is entitled to file a complaint regarding the service. Complaints can be submitted in writing, via email, or in person.
6.2 FixMePlease.com and its owner are obliged to investigate the complaint and respond in writing within 15 working days of receipt.

7. Data Protection

7.1 FixMePlease.com and its owner will handle the client’s personal data confidentially and use it only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
7.2 The handling of personal data is subject to the applicable data protection laws.

8. Final Provisions

8.1 FixMePlease.com and its owner reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified in advance of any changes.
8.2 Issues not regulated by this contract are governed by the relevant laws of the United Kingdom.
8.3 These terms and conditions take effect at the time of booking and remain in effect for the entire duration of the service usage.
